The top image for each panel contains the B allele frequency (zygosity) and bottom image the Log R ratio (copy number) for each marker analyzed. Data is absent for centromeric regions as these regions are not represented by SNP arrays. Gains or losses (gray shaded regions) were observed for all chromosomes indicated with the exception of chromosome 17.
