All edges shown here, except 22q11DS-CRKL, indicate protein-protein interactions. GZMB, PRF1, and IL1B (in red box) were identified by pathway ORA and had direct protein-protein interactions with some of the nodes identified from the pathway interaction subnetwork. The other ORA genes did not have any connection with the current subnetwork according to our STRING information
