Flowchart for test panel selection. For the parent test panel, 43 parents were invited via email. These parents were selected from the pilot study based on the availability of copies of medical files and on being a native-English speaker. Three parents informed us that they could not participate in the test panel due to time constraints. Twenty parents completed the questionnaire for their child and were included in the data consistency study
