Medical history of a 33-year-old woman with a malignant phyllodes tumor (PT) of the breast during pregnancy and lactation. The young woman presented with a giant mass in her left breast. Lumpectomy of the left breast with axillary lymph node dissection was performed. After surgical excision, no adjuvant therapy was performed. Follow-up was conducted for 5 months, and no signs of disease progression have occurred to date.
