From: miR-411 is up-regulated in FSHD myoblasts and suppresses myogenic factors
The up-regulation of miR-411 was validated in primary and immortalized FSHD myoblasts using qRT-PCR. MiR-411 expression was significantly higher in the proliferating primary myoblasts (A) and immortalized myoblasts (B) of patients with FSHD (n=4).
