Effect of corticosteroid on gene expression induced by Activin-A. Cells were treated with Activin-A (100 ng/mL) and dexamethasone (1 µM) for 12 h and the expressions of IL1B (A), IL6 (B), CCL7 (C), and INHBA (D) were analysed by qPCR. The expression levels were normalized to those of resFOP-ML before treatment. The data were obtained from four biologically independent experiments.
