Effect of TGFβ or BMP signal inhibitors on the expression of Activin-A-induced genes in FOP-ML. FOP-MLs were treated simultaneously with Activin-A (100 ng/mL) and SB431542 (SB) (5 µM) or DMH1 (5 µM). RNAs were extracted at each time point and assessed for the expression of INHBA (A), FOP-ACVR1A (B), CD14 (C), CD16 (D), IL6 (E), and CCL7 (F) genes by quantitative reverse transcriptase PCR (qPCR). The expression levels were normalized to those of FOP-ML before treatment. The samples were collected from three biologically independent experiments.
