HOTAIR silencing repressed the activation of PI3K/AKT pathway via the miR-20b-5p/RRM2 axis. The levels of PI3K/AKT pathway-related proteins in normal retinal cell line ARPE-19 (A) and RB cell lines Y79 (B) and HXO-RB44 (C) were determined by Western blot. Cell experiment was repeated 3 times independently. The results were described as mean ± standard deviation and analyzed using the one-way ANOVA, followed by Tukey’s multiple comparisons test.
