  1. MCID-1 was calculated as half of the standard deviation. MCID-2 was assumed to be the SEM, which was calculated multiplying the standard deviation of the instrument by the square root of one minus its reliability coefficient [SD*square root (1-reliability)]. Intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) was used as the reliability coefficient.
