Right side of the figure represents the Manifest group (subgroups marked by a Man) and the left side the Premanifest group (subgroups marked by a Pre). Both sides are vertically divided into Baseline 2013 and Cohort 2018. The cohorts are horizontally divided in to four subgroups. The zero indicates neither cognitive nor psychiatric symptoms, P means addition of psychiatric symptoms, C addition of cognitive symptoms and PC addition of both cognitive and psychiatric symptoms. The number indicates the HDGECs in the group and the arrows show the drift from Baseline 2013
