Functional impairment of patients with ATTR-FAP. a World Health Organization Disability Assessment Schedule 2.0 (WHODAS 2.0). The scores assigned to each of the 12 items (“none” 0, “mild” 1, “moderate” 2, “severe” 3 and “extreme” 4) are summed for each individual patient. This summed score is divided by 48 and multiplied by 100 in order to determine a functioning level ranging from 0% (full function) to 100% (no function) for each individual respondent.
