  1. Not all patients were administered all the above tests. However, on their first visits, all patients were administered at least one assessment of information processing, attention, learning and memory, and subtest from the WASI/WAIS. Additionally on their first visits, all patients but one were administered at least one test of executive functioning, psychomotor speed, and language fluency. Patients with follow-up evaluations were administered similar batteries across evaluations
