GAD65Ab epitope pattern and GAD65Ab titer in CSF obtained from patients diagnosed with epilepsy (n = 6). Binding of serum samples to GAD65 was evaluated in the presence of rFab DPA, b96.11, DPD, and b78. Binding was related to un-competed binding (set at 100%).
