Expression of MAEL and SYCE1 in whole blood defines specific biomarkers for ICF1 patients. Expression levels of MAEL (purple bars) and SYCE1 (green bars) were assessed by qRT-PCR, normalized to U6 snRNA levels and presented as fold change relative to that of control whole blood from healthy donors (WB).
