Growth data from 23 patients attending the NSSBSS clinics, plotted as weight and length respectively in the first two years (A and B) and weight and height from 2–21 years (C and D). One patient followed to 20 years underwent cardiac transplantation at 20 months and another one followed to 21 years has received both cardiac and renal transplants (at 2 and 15 years respectively). The three oldest patients illustrated in (D) demonstrate constitutional growth delay with continued growth to as late as 21 years.
