  1. For functional annotation of proteins identified and listed in Figure 3C web based tools as http://david.abcc.ncifcrf.gov/ were used. Within these analyses proteins were classified according to their molecular function given in the column “term”. The data sets were analyzed with the categorical over-representation function of EASE (upper bound of the distribution of Jacknife Fisher exact probabilities). Fold enrichment indicates the enrichment of term in search string.
