  Thin, translucent skin
  Extensive bruising
  Characteristic facial appearance
Minor diagnosis criteria Positive family history, sudden death in a close relative
  Acrogeria
  Hypermobility of small joints
  Tendon and muscle rupture
  Talipes equinovarus (clubfoot)
  Early onset varicose veins
  Spontaneous pneumothorax or haemothorax
