Almost any patient with retinoblastoma (except neonatal screened patients with tumor respecting the head of optic nerve)

CSF cytology Bone marrow cytohistology +

When enucleation is necessary and shows histopathologic risk factors

Only in case of orbital, lymph node and/or distant metastatic diseases
